Cancellation Policy
Damages - It is your responsibility to treat all equipment hired with Care and ensure your guests also follow these expectations. By Purchasing good and services you understand you will be liable to cover the costs of any equipment that may become damaged as a result of the negligence of yourselves or other parties involved, Photography - all events including weddings Cancellation Policy: Clients can cancel their booking anytime up to 60 days before their booked package date. however the deposit amount for this service is non refundable. if you cancel within 60 days of your booked date any other remaining amounts paid will NOT be refunded Extras & Add on's - Candyfloss - Popcorn - Soft Play - Bouncy castle - Photobooth - Ice cream - slushy - Nachos and cheese - Inflatable Bubble House - Hot Dogs - All bookings require a £50 non refundable deposit. Package prices for food items vary depending on how many guests are being served (portions required) IMPORTANT clients are required to notify of any allergies!
